1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing geo1111.app, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you enter into a legally binding agreement with geo1111. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and geo1111 regarding your use of the service.

3. Account Registration & Security

• Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or closed at geo1111's discretion.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. Allowing another person to operate your account is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension.

geo1111 may require players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing a withdrawal above a specified threshold. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address. Players who fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so may have their withdrawal processed delayed until the verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

• Deposits are credited to your geo1111 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider in the case of bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business hours depending on the originating bank.
• Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes published in the Payment section. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• geo1111 applies a proportional anti-money-laundering policy. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically feasible.

• Players may not deposit funds on behalf of another person. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in the player's own name.
• geo1111 is not responsible for delays in withdrawal processing caused by the player's payment provider, bank, or mobile financial service operator.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to launder money, process proceeds of illegal activity, or use geo1111 for any transaction that violates applicable Bangladesh law or international anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your geo1111 account credentials to any other person.
• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening, or harassing communication toward geo1111 staff or other players via the Live Chat, WhatsApp support channel, or email.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the geo1111.app software infrastructure.
• Accessing geo1111.app from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, where you are aware that such access violates local law.

geo1111 employs fraud-detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Where a pattern of prohibited conduct is identified, geo1111 may take immediate action without prior notice, including temporary account restriction pending investigation. 8. Account Suspension & Closure

geo1111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where geo1111 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Players may also voluntarily close their geo1111 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

• Accounts closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions — including fraud, use of prohibited software, or underage access — will have all balances forfeited. geo1111 will not be obligated to return funds in these circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on geo1111.app — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, sound recordings, and database structures — is the intellectual property of geo1111 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of geo1111 content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from geo1111.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, geo1111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the geo1111 platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss arising from service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party infrastructure failures. geo1111's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and general principles of contract law. In the event of a dispute between a player and geo1111, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
